Arrived in Honolulu

Gavin, Jared, Mai and I (Phil) arrived Friday in Honolulu around 11:30 AM. We went to the marina and as we were walking down the dock to the boat I thought, "why am I taking my boat away from this beautiful place?" Beautiful harbor on a beautiful island with wonderful people. Oh yea, ran out of frequent flyer miles. The four of us spent the last two days getting the boat ready with a couple quick swims at the near by warm beach. Tomorrow we buy the food, pick up Gautam, fill the fuel tanks and last minute details for departure. The weather looks good and we are excited about the sail, although I will miss very much my visits here and the people here, especially Steve and Debbie who watch over my boat while I am gone. - phil
